Copyright Policy

Last Updated: June 18, 2025

The Real Estate and Development Group, LLC ("The RED Group") respects intellectual property rights and expects its users and partners to do the same. We do not permit the unauthorized use of copyrighted material on any websites we own or operate (each, a “RED Group Site”).

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), The RED Group has established the following procedures for copyright owners to report alleged infringements and for individuals to submit counter-notices in response. We reserve the right to remove or disable access to content that we believe in good faith to be infringing and to terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on a RED Group Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA Notice including the following information:

  1. Your full name and contact information (address, phone number, email).

  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, including the copyright owner's name (if not yourself).

  3. The location (URL) of the infringing content, along with a description to help us locate it. Screenshots are helpful but optional.

  4. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  5. A statement confirming the accuracy of your notice and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notice

If you believe content was wrongly removed due to a mistaken or misidentified claim, you may submit a Counter-Notice containing:

  1. Your full name and contact information.

  2. A description of the material removed or disabled and its prior location (URL).

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal or disabling was the result of a mistake or misidentification.

  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for your jurisdiction (or the Western District of Georgia if outside the U.S.) and that you’ll accept service of process from the party who filed the original Notice or their agent.

  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

How to Submit

Notices and Counter-Notices may be sent to our designated DMCA Agent via:

Email: dmca@theredgroupga.com

Only legal copyright notices should be sent to this contact. All other inquiries may not be answered.

Our Procedure

Upon receipt of a complete Notice, we will forward it to the individual responsible for the allegedly infringing content and may disable or remove the content. If a valid Counter-Notice is received, we may reinstate the content unless the original complainant files a court action within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Notices and Counter-Notices must be truthful and submitted under penalty of perjury.

  • Knowingly submitting false claims may result in legal liability.

  • We are not an arbiter of IP disputes and encourage parties to resolve matters directly.
